Gina offers two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and leadership roles where she gained a strong foundation of business operations and team dynamics while building trusted relationships with all levels of staff. She trained and mentored others and enjoyed bringing groups together to achieve a common goal.
Since founding First Penguin Coaching, Gina has worked with a variety of coaching clients from for Fortune 500 organizations, mid sized companies, and startups. Her diverse experience and inclusive nature allows her to challenge coachees to consider different perspectives and new ways of thinking. “I believe coaching is a thought provoking, partnership designed to empower others to achieve their goals.”
In addition to her work with coaching and assessments, Gina engages audiences through speaking and facilitating on topics such as emotional intelligence, personal branding, leadership development, and communication.
She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.
